Hi There! So since you here at this page, I am guessing that you are frustrated with your health and weight loss goals, I understand. Although I have always made nutrition and fitness part of my life from a young age, something happened first after I had children and then again after turning 40! My old habits of eating what and when I wanted changed, my body changed, my metabolism changed and what worked before was not working any more. I had to make lifestyle changes and that included better nutrition and because I was a busy Mom, I needed power workouts that would not require me to spend 60 minutes or MORE at the gym.
